  • We thus agily adjust our combined offerts on rapidly resolving one constraint after the other - be it when focusing on the longer term sales results or on resolving short term sales constraints in your opportunity engine.
  • The DELTA T-Cockpit supports us in this work as our prime leadership tool.

Our fees: You pay for results and value
A typical DELTA T-Selling Project last for about one year and requires full deidication from all parties to ensure that from then you are self sufficient in using DELTA T-Selling to achieve superior sales results consistently.

To quickly make progress we start with the first PLC cycle, which will take about 3 months. Then you will decide how we can contribute further. Some clients want our help just for these three months - others want us to work with and for them for one year or more.

Thus we ensure that you pay for the value you receive - not the hours we spend and charge an "all inclusive fee" per PLC cycle.
