Top management tool for leading business units operationally
In addition to supporting leading the top level operational plan the DELTA T-Cockpit's Module 2 supports leading multiple business units "below" the top level.
Examples
- Sales is organized in geographical units. Each unit may lead its business with its own operational sales plan.
- Manufacturing includes several sites. Each site may require a separate operational plan.
- The company (in addition) may have business units by product groups. Each product group may lead its operations with its own operational sales plan.
- The company has a key account sales channel. Each Key Account Manager may lead his or her own operational key account plan.
